Yamanaka lacquerware is known for its turned wood and the depth of its finishes. These chopsticks are made from kiln-dried zelkova, lacquered in six coats and polished by hand. The tips are cut to a slim octagon that grips noodles and beans without slipping.
Available in traditional vermilion or sumi black. Each pair comes with a small ceramic rest in a paper sleeve.
