Tsubaki Camellia Hair Oil, 60 ml

Camellia oil, or tsubaki-abura, has been pressed on the island of Oshima since the Edo period. It is high in oleic acid, which is close to the skin’s own sebum, so it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. Ours is cold-pressed and filtered once, with no fragrance or additives.

Work two or three drops through damp hair before drying, or use it as an overnight treatment on the ends. It also works beautifully as a facial oil and on cuticles.
